Jerusalem has so many hues and colours and districts and flavours. Within a few minutes you can be transported from one world to another that is entirely different. This is part of the mystique of the city. Jewish, ultra Orthodox, Arab, Christian, Armenian and so much more. I wanted a design of Jerusalem street signs tote bag that at least in part reflected the diversity of the city. My aim in all my designs is to have a fresh approach, I believe that through art one sees. I think most artisitic reflections of Jerusalem are a bit predictable. I always aim for the new and fresh.
