I wanted a design that shows what a Jerusalem Mixed Grill is - "Meorav Yerushalmi" is a signature dish you can find in Jerusalem. My aim in all my designs is to have a fresh approach - I believe that through art one sees. I think most artistic reflections of Jerusalem are a bit predictable. I always aim for the new and fresh.
